A Midland Showroom development managed by Perth property syndicator Australasian Property Investments Limited was sold on 15 May 2014 to a private investor for $2.85 million. The property on Great Eastern Highway is occupied by tenants including Super Cheap Auto and Rugs a Million.

Paul Davison of Vend Property negotiated the Sale on behalf of APIL and commented “The Midland precinct enjoys the lowest showroom vacancy rates in Perth and the sale demonstrates the continued strong demand from investors for large format retail developments leased to quality national tenants.”
