In November 2009 Jeff established Vend Property. This comes after 10 years with CB Richard Ellis, focusing on the Large Format Retail market. For six years he was the Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand.
In this role Jeff was responsible for a team of 22 staff who together successfully completed over 1,400 transactions in the Large Format Retail market in Australia which included five of Australia’s top eleven largest homemaker centres (by total floor space).
Jeff commenced his career in 1997 at JCLD as a Commercial and Industrial Leasing Executive and two years later moved to CB Richard Ellis working in the same role. During his first year at CBRE Jeff realigned his focus from commercial and industrial sales and leasing assets to Large Format Retail centres and by 2003 was promoted to the role of Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand.
With this experience comes a thorough understanding of the Large Format Retail market not only in Perth but on a national level. Jeff ensures he regularly visits the Eastern states not only to build on his already existing relationships with investors and national Large Format retailers such as Harvey Norman, JB Hi Fi, Freedom, The Good Guys, Spotlight, Anaconda, Super Amart and Super Retail but also to keep abreast of developments in the Large Format Retail industry in QLD, NSW, SA and Victoria.

Paul Davison has been actively involved in the property industry for over 15 years working for private real estate agencies and retailers. Over this period he has gained experience across all sectors of commercial real estate and qualified as a valuation member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK in 2006. For the past 10 years he has concentrated on the retail bulky goods sector providing sales, leasing and valuation advice to a number of institutional landlords and retail tenants.
Paul has acted on behalf of both landlords, developers and retailers and is well regarded by his clients. He is a member of REIWA and is a qualified Real Estate Sales Representative and Property Manager.
Prior to his current role with Vend Property, Paul Davison was with Starbucks Coffee Company as Real Estate Manager in the UK where he was responsible for acquiring sites for the drive thru format on bulky goods retail parks. Before this Paul worked at Montagu Evans in the Retail and Leisure Department specialising in the asset management of bulky goods parks as well as advising tenants on their property strategy. Paul was in this role for over 7 years.
Executive Assistant
Sarah joins Vend Property as an Executive Assistant, she works closely with Managing Director Jeff and Director of Sales & Leasing, Paul. Her diverse background in marketing, executive assistance, and high-level administration positions her well for this role.
Acting as the front of the house, Sarah’s organisational skills and attention to detail enables Jeff, Paul and the wider team to focus on their demanding schedules and optimise their interactions with clients and other critical business functions.
Accredited Real Estate Agent, 20+ years of Commercial Property Management Experience
Andrew has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years with experience in the Northern Territory and London, making the decision to settle in Perth back in 2005.
He is a member of REIWA and is a qualified Real Estate Sales Representative and Property Manager as well as being a Certified Practising Project Manager with the Australian Institute of Project Management.
Andrew commenced his career back in 1997 with Ray White as a Sales Agent and from 2003 as a Commercial Property Manager for the Northern Territory Government. Since that date Andrew has worked in both Commercial Property Manager roles, and as Head of Department, acting in both Lessee Advocacy and more traditional Lessor Asset Management working for high-net-worth individuals and instructional clients both. With experience from shopping centre management to managing industrial precincts for such companies as UGL, SVN and CBRE, Andrew has a wealth of experience in the local market.
Leasing Administrator
Rebecca joins Vend Property having an extensive understanding of the local and national property markets from her previous role at one of Western Australia's leading law firms, Lavan.
During her time at Lavan, Rebecca had the opportunity to work with a broad range of retail and commercial property clients and some of Australia’s best property lawyers, where she liaised with developers, builders, landlords, tenants and agents. Rebecca regularly assisted in preparing agreement for leases, disclosure statements and lease documents. Naturally drawn to creativity, Rebecca also had the opportunity to assist Lavan's business development team creating concepts for internal and client functions along with preparing property marketing packages. She regularly assisted with monthly property publications about topical issues shared through social media platforms and directly to clients.
Rebecca has a unique and valuable background having worked with multinational property clients from a legal perspective as well as having marketing and public relations expertise from her time at some of Perth’s leading public relations agencies. Having this invaluable experience enables Rebecca to leverage her communication and literacy skills to provide high quality outcomes for clients.

Dana has been with us for nine years, joining the Vend Property team in 2014. She was previously an auditor with PwC Perth and KPMG China, with experience in auditing Real Estate, Banking, Mining and Agriculture companies.
Dana is a Chartered Accountant of Australia and through her knowledge and past experience brings a high level of accounting skills to her role at Vend Property. Her longevity at Vend Property means she knows all assets inside and out and is an efficient, hard-working and dedicated member of the team.

Early 2024, we welcomed Jackie Babich as a Property Manager to add to our team. Jackie is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in commercial property management.

Facilities Manager
After graduating from Curtin University (Bachelor Commerce - Property & Accounting) his career began with a decade in the business and taxation area including completing Certified Practicing Accountant qualification. This foundation sees Ryan bring an invaluable financial aspect to the asset and facilities management field.
Roles in Facility & Operations Management roles across a several sectors (including retail, commercial and industrial) he understands that facilities and infrastructure are essential to the operation of any business.
Ryan brings to Vend Property a valuable skillset though his analytical and strategic planning mindset coupled with extensive knowledge asset management in building management systems, contractor management, asset lifecycle planning, fit-out and project management. Experienced in all aspects infrastructure and facilities requirements having managed across numerous asset types; commercial office towers, retails malls, warehouses and workshops.
Operating with a solutions-based focus, he approaches situations in a practical and pragmatic manner, endeavoring to produce the optimal outcome for all stakeholders. Through systematic planning, aim to keep any potential disruption to operations in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, without compromise to safety or quality.
Charlie joins the team as our intern
Currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Charlie is keen to pursue a career in commercial property management and as such is relishing the opportunity to be mentored by the team at Vend. As an intern, Charlie is exploring all aspects of the business, from meetings with prospective clients through to assisting with our digital development. When not working at Vend and studying, Charlie can be found pursuing her love of fitness; coaching and playing netball, training for the Rotto Swim or getting out and about for a long run.
